Most talented people who are approached are not generally looking for a new position. Our recruiting is most often conducted through referrals, existing database of qualified candidates and by contacting people we personally know and have worked with over the years.

Our inquiries are made in strict confidence. Once an interview has taken place we will follow up to ascertain the level of interest from both parties. We will check all references and extend the offer should the client wish us to do so. We understand the current restraints on hiring budgets and can be flexible. We have created a flat fee schedule based on salary ranges for full service recruitment needs.

We have also added a new service for a simple flat fee that allows you to post the position and direct all responses to Highland and Associates. Our recruiters will then screen all resumes, speak with those who fit the profile and forward to your hiring staff only those candidates whose experience fits the requirments as stated in the job description.
